Seriously tho, I would be very grateful if you'd write a comment what you think of this, I'm considering using this drawing as a start for a portfolio so that I at least have something to show the outside world other then hyper cocks and inflation bursting.

It really comes down to time.
Either I take commissions and get paid (even if far below what other people tend to charge) or I just draw whatever I please and don't earn a dime (as well as lose prolly 70% of my "fanbase" who are only interested in seeing hardcore inflation smut)
I really can't manage both equally, by the time I finish one commission I have another trade, request or gift pic waiting.
Even tho I don't get paid a lot I really need the money at the moment and can't risk taking too many chances.
But I really appreciate your faith in me. :)

Why don't you just interchange. You know, let the pepole here know what you're up to, and give them what they want, just less often. I'm sure pepole will apriciate it if you make the best of it for them. And otherwise, it's your choise, i can't make it for you. And nieter can your fanbase. You're the one who has to decide, and if you can't leave the income for now, then don't. Just don't choose what the fans want, choose what you want.

Don't get me wrong, I do draw whatever I like :P
But most of the time I'm either working on a commission, trade, request or all of those at the same time.
I can't help but want to seek approval and recognition cause it's something I never had irl, and this is my change of making me feel like I'm having some form of social status.
So I take on pretty much every trade or request I find in hope that it will increase my reputation, not only to bring in more commissions and hopefully a higher price, but also, most importantly, I'm hoping to one day find myself invited into people's social circles.
And no I will definitely listen to you, your giving very good arguments and points. :3
