Background (Keeping it simple):
-Victoria is from Castelia City. Her Mother was a gymnast in her youth so she follow her Mother's Passion for Gymnastics as well. She likes doing Rhythmic Gymnastics with the Hoop, Ribbon, Clubs and Ball. Although her Mother was pushed by her parents to go through this, Victoria's mother didn't want to treat her daughter the same harsh way.
-Victoria likes to be in perfomances as well as sometimes in Competitions to see where she's at in the level of Rhythmic Gymnastics.
-Victoria had a chance to go to PCA due to a scholarship for her athletic abilities and achievements, not saying that her grades also didn't help as well.
-Victoria also has a big sense of Justice so she won't hesitate to help a person who is being bullied. She had idolized a Heroine on a TV Show and comics who was an Acrobatic Fighter who had a hidden identity as a Talented Gymnast as well.

Extra Note: Yes, She's pretty damn Flexible. You have to be if you're doing Rhythmic Gymnastics obviously lol.

Well, I do like this character so expect some more pics of her later on lol. Probably gonna be her Battle Outfit, Casual Attire and whatever else I can think of. Also, I guess that I have to show how flexible she can be lol.
