This is Lea, a Thundarian raised by humans after the Thundairan Exodus. She was raised on a human colony world. Her fans have the ability to generate frigid winds creating ice and snow for various effects. Lea found the fans on a quest to learn more about her heritage, a quest which eventually brought her to the original Thundercats. Ben did a wonderful job, especially with the face. He also did some subtle shading that just didn't show up in the scan.
