Here's a dish full of flavour and easy to make from the kitchens of
ramualuveaux
Garlic Pork & Pepper Spaghetti
1 LB Sliced Pork (chopped into small cubes)
1 Large Green Pepper (chopped into small cubes)
1 Can Mild Tomatoes & Chilies Mix
1 Cup Sherry Cooking Wine
2 TB Chopped Garlic in Water
1 TB Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Soy Sauce
4 TB Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
1 TB Peanut Oil
Cook Pork Peppers Soy Sauce and Garlic in 1 TB peanut oil until cooked.
Add can of tomatoes and chilies, 1 cup Sherry, Italian Seasoning and pesto sauce and mix.
Cook on low Heat for 15-30 min. (longer it cooks the more the flavor mixes)
Serve over Asian Style Noodles
Noodles
(usually explains on back of package)
Add noodles to pot of boiling water
stir noodles in, wait until water has come back to a full boil. (about 30-40 seconds)
Turn off burner and let noodles sit for one minuet
or until noodles are done. (not soggy but not tough)
Since the noodles only take a minuet to make only made enough for my plate which is like
a light handful. (after cooked they don't hold to well sitting out or over night)
Then later when I want more I just repeat the noodle process! =P
