One of the many acquaintances that Atty has, Chloe's a street kid who has taken it upon herself to act as a sort of older sister to Abigail when the pair visit her city.

Chloe's foci is unknown though those who even realize she's a mage believe it is the ring she wears on her left hand. And even then, they are never sure just what nature her magic is.

She is a friendly individual though has a very tomboy personality and will not back down from a fight. Doubly so if she's protecting those she's befriended.

Spending most of her later half of life on the streets after being kicked out when her parents learned of her magic, she's not above taking the random odd job to survive. She does try her best to stay on the right side of the law.
