it's from a video game, Dead Space, all the people talk about "the marker has controll" "it's all the marker's doing" and so on...
at one point Amanda, my roomie just goes, "WHAT THE FUCK IS THE MARKER!?" and I just laugh as tossed one of my markers at her and she was like "I do not think this is it!"
