been thinking about fred and how drastically different he is in the happyman and the red planet series than in the others. i know in lore the happyman and the red planet series is a dramatization of what really happens. but its interesting to see how much of a more spiteful, mean and cynical person fred is compared to him in space. always assumed he was a huge ass because he kept getting visions of bad things to come via his special sense. and being trapped on a desolate planet being unable to help or stop the incoming tragedies must really wear down on a guys psyche. i wonder if living in the red clouds help dull his special sense.
