[C] Life stores all the kind of odd stuff for our path..
As I keep going and growing in my journey to become a good artist, I've come to notice the love and care you have to give to your creations, the high attention you have to give in your moves...how much a person can engage with..its stuff, at which spot someone could be considered to...become one with the process of creation itself?...is it that true passion can overcome any limit??...how does that feel??...
As I see into the art of others that I admire, I notice the mistakes of my previous work, but I do not sink in that feeling (I simply can't, we're short in time now...), and try to focus on..BEING GREATFUL..that such wonderful people dares to share their wonderful work....is there an unique magic in the simple act of sharing(???), don't take me wrong by any means, I'm not an entity of light by far, I also feel jealousy...in multiple levels at looking at their work too..but again, I shall not sink in that feeling. There is so many talented people around that...getting a chance to follow -properly- the work of each one of them would remove all my time to do my own thing...I guess what all comes down under that kind of chances is to rejoice with the amazing little things you have found in your walk, and IF YOU have read up to this point, this is your chance to dive into an wonderful world of art and adorable sweet-funny writing hold by
BosonicVinegar, you would simply not regret to have a look at his place, a person with a dedication for his doing that is model of an artis to me at this point!
Commission I made for my close friend
BosonicVinegar looking up for the next chance you allow me to work with your wonderful characters, hope in the future more people can engage too with your cool lore man!

Is it for finding lost things, or bad things? I think Dagskwerhe found a bad thing.
But thank you! I consider this my first proper illustration, since you had the whole story to work from.
I'm especially pleased with how the compositional layout tells the story on multiple planes. The naive Victor in the foreground stands juxtaposed against the "spirit-connected" Seer, who deceptively lingers in the "mundane" corner of the piece. As we move from that corner leftwards, the "vision" takes stronger hold, until we end at Victor's own horrifying glimpse of his own ending.
At the nexus of all these transitions are the spirits themselves... and they seem to be far from supernatural if they are who I think they are. The entire "tale" spirals inward towards the flame, like the symbol on the Seer's forehead—the strange and untrustworhty flame, like the strange and untrustworthy caribou.
(And I do maintain that the Seer may be a charlatan but he still tapped into something "unearthly." He doesn't understand it, but he does know how to profit from it.)
Once again, thank you so much! It was a pleasure working with you on this.
