I never got to talk to him, but I would put money down that this is Terje Haakenson. If you're as old as I am and are an avid snowboarder, then you know this legend of a rider. We parked a few cars down from him when we arrived and they were getting ready to ride around the same time we were. As soon as I saw him, I thought "huh, that guy looks JUST like Terje". Everything he had was Burton top of the line and Oakley top of the line. I still wasn't completely convinced though. Then I saw him ride the pipe. He road very well, but still rusty like a rider his age would look. As soon as I saw this picture of his signature method style though, I KNEW it was him. I would know that method anywhere. This guy was a hero back when I rode hard.
UPDATE!
Just saw a tweet that Terje made 30 min ago that said that he spent the weekend at Mammoth. I freaking KNEW that was him! Ha! I wish I had taken my balls out of my purse and at least asked him how he was doin.
What I did: crop, BW green filter, selective gradient to lower the contrast and brightness/exposure on the flat snow (BAD overcast light), upped the vibrance.

Thanks ^^ It was really a twitch shot that I was hoping came out. Was having a hell of a time getting the camera to focus due to the flat light and lack of contrast anywhere. I'm really glad it came out as well as it could have in those conditions =D Now I can say that I took a shot of Terje!
Got a few shots of Jamie Lynn just a month and a half ago too.

No way, that makes the photo all the better. I've only ever taken a few photos snowboarding and it's relly hard to get any depth without having some trees/rocks around.
You should upload the Lynn ones! I was a proper Jamie fanboy once,. still own one of his pro model old sessions jackets!

The Lynn pictures aren't of him riding, they're actually of him tagging some art durring the Mammoth West Coast Invitational rail jam.
Let me guess, you had the infamous Lib Tech Jamie Lynn board with the bad ass abstract monster graphics with the floating eyes?
My buddy had had two of his boards:

and the one with the eyes (which I can't find the graphic for online =X).

Ah, no worries, he seems to be all over the world with his art stuff these days.
Haha, I wish! I'd only been riding for about 3 years on an indoor slope when that board came out, I always wanted the 97/98 model that had the weird ear of barley graphic. That floating eyes board was rad though! I rode second hand stuff back then as it was all a bit expensive!
Treated myself to a Lib last year though, good fun!
