This is Stuphwel (Full name is Sir Stuphwel III), a character that I co-own along with my friend 
luigi0330. He's a villainous Goodra plush who abducts people and turns them into plush minions using his magical needle. However, if he's particularly fond of a person he's caught he may decide to keep them as a pet instead of transforming them, and keeps them comfy in his cozy pouch.
I drew Stuphwel a couple years ago (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48964684/), but since then we have come up with a design change, choosing to do away with all the patches on his body and instead give his pouch a more quilt-like design.
