The next attachment for the robot: The Automatic Mechanical Slapper! I thought I'd do a diagram this time for more clarity since this is a little more complicated than the last one.
Multiple different spankers, floggers, paddles, etc. can be used with this provided they have a flat metal tang with two holes, matching the attachment holder.
Motor turns gears. Gears rotate torque 90°. Torque turns wheel. Drive belt translates torque down and gears it down 10:17. Torque then rotates drive axle which drives cam gear which rotates the attachment holder, charging the main spring up to 90° before teeth on cam gear end, letting the attachment slam back down!
Force can be adjusted by changing the main spring out for a stiffer one.
Its possible that motor might not be big enough...

I think someone made one of these using air pressure as the motive force, with enough air pressure on the pistons they moved quite fast. It was however, fairly loud, which is probably a consideration in an institutional setting where you might want to spank someone as they travel down the hall.
