I wrote this as part of an art contest, it wasn't really anything major, but it was my first non-school writing project. Heck, it was the first writing project I ever did willingly to completion. I belted it out in about two hours or so.
I was planning on writing a sequel, but after I got done with the first paragraph of it I felt like I was forcing it too hard and I knew if I kept it up it'd have been garbage instead of the somewhat acceptable quality shown here. I may actually pick it up again someday.
Incedentally, I won a Garfield lamp from the contest, it was first prize, so I'm proud of this being my first work ever. ^.^

The thing about that bad start was I couldn't figure out how to add a plot, I didn't want it to just be Spike and Tyke drinking their latex sodas, becoming balloonies and that be it, it just wouldn't have set right with me. I couldn't even figure out where to start at the begining, but now that some time has passed I could probably get the juices flowing again and, in the words of Larry the Cable Guy, "git 'er done".
