Can I suggest an Idea for a more advanced Sub?
It should be capable of both submersible and atmospheric flight and utilize Ion Propulsion Systems and Magnetic Array Navigation.

And its hull should be made of an incredibly strong, flexible and durable plastic that is dense, yet very light with a structural strength above even titanium and kevlar.
