These are previews of the Tails for the VN. Technically, the image did not change between now and the original release. What has changed (or been added to most cases) is their nicknames. While I not going to tell you their birth names, I will tell you their nicknames:
Prince (Cosmo's kid)
Can I point out that there is no male seedrian fan characters? Even with Tails fan kids, they all take after their mother. Even when there are male Tailsmo kids, it is just Tails but green. Cosmo's son does have traits of a male seedrian.
