Hello, everyone!
Give a warm welcome to my new fursona: Kenji the badger.
Badgers are ferocious animals, mostly solitary. They dig tunnels underground to refugee and live. It's an animal that identifies me now.
The reasons of this change are:
-I'm looking for a simple design to draw my fursona. With the previous one I had a lot of problems with the details of the tail and hair. With this I can draw my badger without so much detail that is not needed.
...and I want to cut with the sabertooth tiger fursona....
That's another reason too. I became disenchanted with the saber-toothed tiger because I no longer identify with it. It doesn't reflect who I am now.
I took a poll on every social network with some options.
Then surprisingly the badger won the poll. There was no turning back.
My fursona has to be different from what I'm used to. It has to identify what I am now, a lonely person who, like the badger, must face this harsh and unpleasant reality with claws of steel.
I went to the outskirts of the city, to a farm where I was working with my family harvesting the coffee crop. It was very hot and I had a tan. With all the nature around I was able to get inspiration for the colors of my badger.
Sorry for the long TLDR, I had to explain the situation of this radical change.
I hope you like my fursona, with that original touch that my drawing style always has.
Thank you very much for your support in this hard year that is ended. I hope next year will be less horrifically awful.
