Made this myself. A brief description of this vehicle. It deconstructs targets down to the atomic level. In this process the target is put in stasis as it is pulled apart. if it has any damage it applies the molecules to itself. Doing a self repair. This vehicle is much more powerful but wasn't used much during the human covenant war. It's possible the vampires ability to drain targets could be inhumane witch would explain why it wasn't used as much.
