As long as your comics are SFW, that is the most important thing.
I hope you NEVER have to draw a actually naked picture, but if you did, your friends would probably understand and hopefully not turn on you.
Again, I remind you that there is a difference in nude and naked. For example, the original Sonic the hedgehog comics, the only things Sonic wore was shoes and gloves, but he was not naked.
Anthropomorphics have fur, or feathers, or scales, esc..

I'm not quite clear on what you point is, in regards to 'furry' nudity vs nudity nudity. Either way, if someone hires me to draw a nude figure and I turn in something like a Sonic character, that client isn't likely to be too thrilled unless they expressly ordered such....
