My two little leopard geckos <3
Both were rescued and were in pretty bad shape, but have come a long way and are just the best little critters I could ever ask for! The get along good (well more like they don't even acknowledge the others existence) and we don't plan on breeding them, but you now that can always change ;)
Sprikles is a sweet little girl and just loves to sit on your shoulder or in your hand. She is very calm and relaxed. She is the first one we got. Sprinkles is a High Yellow Morph.
Skittles, the little boy is the complete opposite. He is just a bundle of energy. You can be holding Skittles and he'll just stand in your hand, then suddenly he jumps or runs off of your hand for no reason. But if you let him crawl under a hat of somewhere dark he will fall asleep, no matter what. He likes eating too, and still does a little tail wiggles before he attacks a cricket. I believe Skittles is a Xanthic Morph.

Awww, cute little babies. Your male sounds alot like my orange albino was. And your female like the little midget female I had. Such sweet little things really <3
Honestly, color-wise they look to be high yellow with some nice orange highlights and a 'normal' to me. Could be the lighting I suppose?

Awww, if that's more true color you ended up with some gorgeous color on them. I'd still stand by as saying a very nice pair of high yellows in the very least, although I can't see the male's back. From what I can tho he looks like a hypomelanistic and still has that gorgeous orange highlighting.
Honestly... I don't trust all the Xanthic leopard gecko terminology getting tossed around in the leo circles. On any other Xanthic reptile you'll see a lack of black pigment and a very yellow critter. People seem to be trying to market high yellows or hypomelanistic line breeding uner a new term, but 've been out of the leo breeding rings for a couple years. Maybe I'm missing something.
I've seen similar things happen with carrot tails and how people were marketing anything with a splash or spot of orange on the tail as a CT. I had a true carrot tail and she was so sketchy and weird. Gorgeous 30% solid orange tail. XD
Also, I didn't notice it last night, but is your girl gravid? That looks like a belly with eggs! =0
Grats if she is! I'd get her a mossy hide cup or some of that tropical shredded coconut stuff to lay in if that's the case!

I didn't know that! I'm a first time leo owner so all this is relatively new to me. I was just guessing on his morph because he matched a picture in one of the care books I have. I didn't get either of them from a breeder so I had no clue what morph they were.
Here's a full bodied picture of Skittles if you're interested http://loboluver1155w.deviantart.co.....tles-212788951
You're Carrot Tail sounds adorable <3
Its nice to talk with an experienced leopard gecko owner ^_^
Sorry to disappoint you but she's not gravid, just a bit chubby :P She has lost some weight since this picture was taken. Although I have thought about breeding them in the future.

Thank you! Yeah they can, especially Skittles, he's like a lizard/rocket hybrid. XD
I'm not exactly sure of their age because they were both rescued.
The lady I got Sprinkles from said she was about two when I got her, so I guess she's around four years old.
For Skittles I have absolutely no idea, he was half the size of Sprinkles when we got him in late January, and now he's a little bit longer then her.
