Rudi Story:
Rudi and his group of friends were at a flea market and came across a magic shop and its owner showing them a magical lamp. From the sight of it, it looked not all that magical until the owner tossed the lamp to the group and played hot potato until Rudi was the last to hold it. The next thing that happened two bracelets appeared on his wrist and gain the ability to wish making.
