Original description: Woohoo it's July again! And you know what that means? It's a whole month where I draw as much of Vivziepop's long-abandoned main star Jayjay as possible!



The origins of Jayjay July can be traced back to 2023, where I was tasked with drawing something by my buddy ColtKlutsy on Newgrounds relating to Jayjay, and I enjoyed drawing her so much that I decided to
draw more and more and more of her in that month! It really was quite exciting!



Plus, July is usually quite a strange time for me, since it's the time when the holidays come around and the good daily routine is put aside and drawing Jayjay just helps me cope a little bit more with the
weird feeling July gives me. In a way Jayjay is unintentionally a really well-made character due to how Vivziepop abandoned her and made her a really sympathetic and likable character as a result.


Retrospective: 2024 saw the second Jayjay July take place, unfortunately I didn't get as much done as I would have liked due to users on Discord wanting more from me, even with me extending Jayjay July for 4 more days into August, but oh well maybe next July I will go unimpeded by the greed of others. I like to use this image of Jayjay as a good reference point on how to draw her from time to time, and yeah I do indeed have some backstory to get to for her too!
