One of my roommates fucked up on December's rent by losing their money order and I fronted the cost plus a late fee to bail us out (-$1K). We escaped eviction but my funds are dry so I'm opening the Jukebox for emergency comms. This issue isn't "if" my roommate pays me back, but rather "when" and even with my current commission queue, I can't safely wait.
