TLDR, SIUE is holding a contest to redesign its seal/logo. I think they're in the judging phase now, but they haven't announced a winner currently (I think they do that sometime in mid-December)

This was designed in Canva because they had some stringent requirements that Krita wouldn't let me do as well, or I just didn't know how to begin with. One of them was that I had to match the Pantone color they use (#158 I think.) I went for a material design look with some amount of symmetry. The only issue is that I don't know what font they use, but I tried to match it as closely as possible.

If you've never been to SIUE, or anywhere on the Illinois side of KSDK's broadcasting range, we have many oak trees here and a lot of Canadian Geese on campus. it used to be their nesting grounds I think so they lay all over the place. my grandma's been hissed at one before there.
