Both designs seem to have elven influence but in different aspects. The left outfit looks like a modified version of a scouts attire which gives it a slightly more relaxed feel. The right outfit looks like that of an elven priestess due to the silky outter layer. That being said, here are some elven points:

-Most elves refuse to wear leather because it disrespects the animal, so cloth is their typical clothing
-They don't use actual silk but instead have a silk-like cloth that humans cant replicate because only an elf cloth-maker knows the secrets to making it
-Scout clothing is usually two layers. An inside layer that is tight and dark to blend in, and an outside layer that is meant to be a windbreaker and help them stay warm

^_^ these are just basic things that can be modified anyways, but I figured I'd post them anyways
