How does that even work?

From my experience carving ice... You shave away at the foam til it's down into the shape you want. The drawing there is for guidelines as to where and what to shave.

I didn't realize I was actually kinda good at it til I sculpted ice in the first place :3. That and modeling things out of wax.

Quite interesting - starting with something and taking bits away from it.

I'm baffled as to where you went after the point that is pictured here - it seems that once you start cutting away from one side, you would start losing the guide drawing that's on another side.

How about some descriptions on the making of your costumes in the future? (I know, you've only been here a short time - Welcome!)

The thing I want to know is where you got that foam. I've been looking for foam of that thickness for years.

i got it fron joe ann fabrics. it was around $40, but you can take smaller parts and glue them together

I live near a jo-ann fabrics, the largest they sell and or can get ah hold of there they said was 8"
