the show itself really is cute. it's all flash but they made the flash look nice (all the squishy squashyness of it)
+ growing up watching the oldskewl ponies and having pony toys made it semi-nostalgic. all the new ponies are based on older ponies models, modified for copyright reasons, and every character has an extremely unique personality.
