Original description: I actually drew a version where Rotteen has her glasses, just to make her more accurate to her Palette B version.
Retrospective: Here's her with the glasses! As much as I feel that this is one of my weaker drawings of Rotteen, I still love how I made the shading as green as the background to compliment it. Definitely love that shade of green used for Rotteen's Man It's So Loud In Here remix!
