An alternate universe version of Ike who's still similarly attractive and feminine, only he's a gun-slinging ass-kicking bounty hunter, with both extreme martial arts skill and a great proficiency for firearms, topped with his leotard like ERA (Enhanced Reflex and Agility) suit that makes him all the blindingly fast and lethal in combat and incredibly strength particularly in the lower body for his slim lithe physique, he's certainly good at what he does.
You probably get the point lol, I'm super happy with this design and I really oughta post my sci fi stuff more honestly.
