Torri is an AI that was build during the HiMACS program. It took 90 years but they were finally able to develop a bipedal platform small enough to interface with the humans and their world at their scale, while not being bound to tracks, treads, or lumbering 4 meter tall machines (though he did used flying drones quite often).
