Hi, sorry about the long wait. I previously said that I would have this game out around mid november. It is now the last day of november and I can definitively say that it was for the better that I withheld uploading a sample of the game.
This is the very first game I ever have made in my life, so it is missing some polish. It is 99% unfinished and I plan to update it regularly with patches and poll results. Here is a list of all the things I fixed in delaying the release, so that you guys don't get the same headaches and frustration I had working on this :p
1. The SAVE/LOAD system is fully operational. It is located in the pause menu
2. The Game Menu is fixed and does not SoftLock the game. (Gallery is a work in progress, as there are no adult animations yet)
3. Enemies no longer crash the game by merely existing. (Happened very often)
4. The Player can now JUMP, and ATTACK using F (to attack) and SPACE (to jump)
5. Projectiles now deal damage to enemies. Enemy Slimes take 3 hits and can levitate in the forest.
6. Hitboxes have been fixed so that projectiles are detected.
7. The Animated intro no longer crashes the game, and will trigger whenever the player selects "New Game". To avoid it, hit "Continue". (It took very long because I am new to programming.)
8. The maps have been enhanced to run efficiently, and not crash the game or cause the player to clip out of bounds.
9. The options menu has an invisible cursor, but you can adjust sound and audio.
10. You can now climb trees and objects by pressing 'F' next to them. This used to be a bug, but I put my own spin on it after it was fixed.
To celebrate the progress I have made, everyone can access this game for free.
There are not any adult animations YET, but I have plenty planned for the future >:D
