A group is beginning to take over the city an alien uprising the beginnings of the civil war
Elections are coming up, admiral Taub is running for chief of military affairs on Lantica
He is the chief opponent to the outer colonies independence, especially after the war with the dominion
He wants to rebuild the colonies not divide them
The outer colonies who were hit the worst feel as if the alliance can no longer protect them.. they have received additional fleets already but still want more supplies manpower and political independence, with there fleets in orbit the alliance is not willing to grant that political idependence.
Meanwhile our war hero LTC Carson Beckett has been transferred from command of a starship after disobeying orders and destroying the enemies hive without proper authorization effectively ending the war to head of division 6 ACMP in lantica city on lantica planet .
Once again he is thrust into the heart of the Alliances problems , Alliance command in order to keep peace between the rising tensions during the elections , sends a news crew to tape the ACMP in action to let the citizens know that they are on our side and for the good of the people


EPISODE 1
We meet the characters learn their jobs ect .. learn a bit about the city and crime ..
Second part get a call out for a robbery in progress .. we have one of the chsaracters explain the process and case ect after they chase down the suspects
We head back to the station .. get a call for a domestic disturbance
Head to the domestic disturbance .. at a house, try to reason with the two arguing neighbors .. ends up turning violent
Our characters go back to the precinct cafeteria , and eat and talk, the major bursts in, COLENEL Taub has been assassinated .

Scene one opens on news crew with the LTC
Beckett: well, welcome to Division 6, where we handle everything from simple FUI’s to Gang wars to Homicide .. im Lieutenant Colonel, Carson Beckett head of Division 6
News cam : THE CARSON BECKETT
Beckett: yes that would be me. Ill take you around the precint and introduce you.
(Walks over to a door opens it up, Major hayes and Detective Vice, are working on a case there are autopsy reports and evidence scattered around)
Hayes: (sipping coffee) morning Colonel, this the pops?
News : pops ?
Vice: Paparazzi’s, Colonel this is an active investigation …
Beckett: (sighs) carry on Detective, ( walks out news follows)
News : ( walking down the hallway) was that the club bombing Colonel?
Beckett: im not at liberty to discuss active investigations.
News: your officers don’t seem to happy to have us here, is this what you want the people to see
Beckett: honestly I don’t want you here either, were just doing our jobs miss vant, we don’t need the people breathing down our necks we deal with them every day.
( walk past the armory see ari)
This is Captain thrace our chief weapons specialist and tactical commander
(Points at large door) down there is the forensics labs, med bay, and morgue.
News: am I right that you are a doctor Colonel?
Beckett: yes I am, but our doctor is DR. Sonia Brahm.
(a private runs up salutes) Beckett salutes back )
Officer1: Sir there is a robbery in progress sector six at the Communications market..
Beckett: get Hayes and two more officers and meet me there, call in two patrol skivs as well.
Officer1: (salutes and runs off)
Beckett: looks like you’ll be getting your first taste of action.

(We cut to a shop whos windows have been busted out and the door is hanging off the hinges
two aliens and 1 human are taking equiptment out and putting it in a Skiv Truck)
Alien 1: Hurry up the alarm just went off
Alien 2: im moving as fast as I can drops a monitor (shatters)
((Human gets into the truck and tries to initiate the start up sequence ACMP shows up)
News crew gets out following Beckett as Beckett draws his side arm yelling
Beckett: ACPM your under arrest, ( other police come up with weapons drawn )
Human : (yells ) I cant start the skiv (the front bangs and explodes, seth pulls news woman down to ground )
Alien 2 runs down the ally out of sight officers persue
Other officers arrest the human and extinguish the fire
News: does this usualy happen ?
Beckett: (stands up holsters sidearm) No
(walks over to the human whos injured)
Alright what the hell do you think your doing ?
Human: hey apple (moans) you look kinda fruity, I … who are you people …. I just wanted a stereo ….. (gasps)
(pulls out scanner) your fine drunk off your ass but fine nonetheless , officer take him to the skiv
News: so whats the process from here ?
Beckett: well we take these idiots down to processing, and call in LCFD lantica city fire department to clean up the damage , and we talk to the owners get statements , was it an armed robbery that kind off stuff .
(officer motions at Carson)
Excuse me (walks away )
Camera crew observes carnage the burning skiv, the broken equiptment, the cops talking to the robbers and walking them off screen,
News: As you can see a simple robbery in poggress went wrong very quickly, which begs the question are our streets really safe can these officers protect us, (camera pans to burning Skiv.)
(coming back to camera) Beckett: alright( pulls out datapad) <camera pans to him> we found the owner a male kladonian uncioncious behind the counter, medvac is seeing to him now, from what we can tell, there just simple criminals. One Jason irdenz, small time criminal, armed robbery, FUI’s.
News: so what happened Colonel?
Major Hayes interrupts: Simple actually, perps walk into the store knock out the owner trip the alarm we get called, they try to run in a Outdated rusty Skiv, it blows, 1 gets away we book the other two. Idiots think that an old store like this doest have sevcurity, they look at it as if it’s a simple target.
Beckett: alright, work on facial descriptions put out a warning on the corenet, don’t bother sending out the Skivs its not worth it, we need them to cover the gang violence in the C12 District.
Major Hayes: yessir! (takes out a radio)

( Back at the precinct major Hayes is filing case files, his gun open and unloaded on his desk)
News reporter: so Major, (we see thieves being led away) what do you do after a bust like this?
Hayes: (clears his throat) well usually, we will process the perps, well do a full body scan to determine there species, health condition, to check for concealed bioweapons. Then we put them in a low yield electroshock cage, to make sure they cant get away. Till there case can be reviewed by a civilian jury. After that they are sent to one of the prisons to serve there time.
News crew: and how are they treated by your officers ?
Hayes: generally fairly well.. there have been incidents in the past but under Colonel Beckett’s command there hasn’t been a single incident.
News crew: what kind of incidents ?
Hayes; well, that was in the past, this is the present.
News crew: so in front of the camera you decline to comment, ( interruption)
(we hear a knock) <camera pans over to Beckett>
Hayes: (straightens up) yes colonel?
Beckett: *snorts* another domestic disturbance in the C12 district
Hayes: Third time this week (tosses datapad on desk, reaches for gun) what is it this time, core net stealing? Loud parties.. , supposed gang affiliations
Beckett: Detective vice and I will handle it, take a break major
Hayes: (sinks into chair) much appreciated sir , im gonna clock out for the evening sir.
(in van on route to C12 district) Orinda school
News crew: Colonel do you always take assignments for your officers?
Beckett: occasionally, this time for two reasons, one because hes delt with these individuals three times and we need a change of pace with them. Two hes been working overtime lately and needs a break. As his superior officer its my job to give him those breaks if he does not himself. Our officers are very very dedicated to there work, and sometimes care more about others than they do about themselves.
Beckett : take this (hands her a vest) the C12 district is a little rough
News crew: How rough ?
Soldier: weve arrived in the C12 district sir ( we hear a shot ding off the armor)
Beckett: that should answer your question.
Van skiv halts and doors open our actors and actresses exit
And immediately we switch to interior of hallways in OA
An Imadron, and an iolian are fighting three soldiers are watching them
Imadron : you bring trouble, you bring trouble to us.
Iolian: I invite friends , to drink with me ( we see trash can knocked over smoke and stuff)
Beckett: (walks in cautionary, hand on his stunner) what seems to be the problem here ?
Imadron: this idiot brings his friends and destroys my property, disrupts my evening
(lights flicker) Beckett glances up.
Iolian: I do no such thing, it was my pet vrasknor , ( camera pans around to see bolter scorch marks in the wall and the smoke still lingering)
Beckett: your telling me a dog did this,( glances at vance nods)
Imadron: these assholes came out And shot up my hallways
Beckett: why? Would they do that?
Imadron: because I call you on them..
Vance: Colonel a minute please
(Beckett walks over)
Vance: the carbon scans I took of the walls are a match to a KD-88 disruptor cannon, it’s a valuable piece of military technology, highly sought after on the black market.
Beckett: that’s real bad, alright call Ari get her down here quickly and get a search warrant for this Iolian’s property.
Vance: Yes sir
Beckett: (turns to news crew) if I give you the signal run, and don’t ask questions
News crew: whats goi… (Beckett cuts her off)
Beckett: (walks up to the iolian) so whats your complaint with your neighbor mr.. ?
Iolian: val drat
Beckett: val drat.. right so your complaint sir.
Iolian: this man always calling you military on me for no reason, I am unjustly treated
Beckett: it is understandable that you are angry, do your friends have anything to say?
Iolian: no they do not speak to police..
Beckett: (shakes his head).. And why is that? Are they gang affiliated
Iolian: ( begins to look nervous,) no were not, I mean there not
Beckett: its alright im just curious
(we hear a speeder land)
(Ari yelling ):Give me my damn rifle, do you even know how to use that soldier
Beckett: Ahh here she comes, ( turns to iolian) mr. val drat we have a warrant to search the premises
Iolian: under what suspicion … FOR WHAT ??? , this is outrageous I demand an explanation
Ari: for the illegal possession of military technology, your pet did this my ass , either you go get what we Want or we will go find It.
(Beckett and ari walk forward the aliens bar there path, ari unholsters her rifle, let us pass now )
Beckett: Ari calm down, sir were just going to search your apartment if we find nothing we will leave
(lights flicker)
Iolian: NO , No petash cops in my house (aliens surround)
(Aliens tougne flicks out his stance changes to an aggressive one)
Beckett: look theres no need fo… (turns to camera crew) RUN!!(lights flicker again) aliens attack
First alien attacks ari, she drops her gun and palms him in the face, they fall into the apartment and keep fighting, the second lunges at Beckett he pulls his stunner and fires three shots droping it, vance yells sir watch out, val drat tackles Beckett with a knife seth knees the alien in the side the knife inching closer and closer to his neck Beckett gets his hand free and punches alien rolls off of him, Beckett rolls up and lunges at alien, alien blocks high right then strikes low gut, Beckett blocks and grabs arm head butting alien then kneeing alien in the gut, alien falls and Beckett cuffs him
We here the sounds off fighting as ari kicks the alien and slamsd him into a wall, beckett walks in the alien goes flying by him flying over a desk papers everywhere. Seth pulls out stunner and shoots the alien
Ari: What the hell colonel
Colonel: little frack pissed me off, have FSI sweep the are… ahh here we are in plain sight, (hefts a large weapon) jesus this thing has at least 20 illegal mods…
Ari: that’s at least 30 years prison time… plus assaulting armed officers and getting the shit kicked out of them that’s another 5 …
Colonel: alright ill get this and the prisoners back to command, will you stay and sweep the place
Ari: yes sir boss man ..
Beckett: your sense of humor is noted captain.
( colonel walks passed the prisoners two are out cold one is spitting at the officers, cursing and threatening)
Beckett: *sighs* (pulls out stunner shoots the alien) shut the hell up
(Officers cheer )
News crew: what we saw here was incredible today, but what was just witnessed on camera was this police brutality, or human sentient nature
Ari and Beckett are walking out of the apartment district
Becketts radio picks up a signal.
Dispatch: Sir there is a 443 in progress at the Afterlife casino bar
Ari: shit, didn’t you give him the night off
Beckett: yes I did. (toggles radio) Dispatch this is Colonel, Beckett, im on the 443.
Dispatch: copy that LTC dispatch out.
SWITCH TO THE BAR
Major hayes walks in to the afterlife club and up to the bar
Bartender: (notices off duty uniform) ahh officer hayes what will it be tonight
Hayes: leans back Into the bar) ill have an inolian ale

Cute latarin: no mine, ( she has a lollipop and drink0
Hayes: well, well, well, I havnt seen you here before miss..

Man walks up: what did you call my woman.
Latarin: Devril, what are you doing here.
Hayes: I always flirt with the taken ones,.
Man: you’ve messed with my woman, you mess with me.
Hayes: woah, first of all she is not someones property even yours bigman, secondly, you don’t want to start a fight with me, cop ya see
Man: like I believe that, boys (whistles)
4 other guys in jackets walk up
Hayes: first you threaten a cop, then you threaten your girlfriend, now its mob mentality, phew boy I have to tell you, you are certainly checking of all the requirements for being a stupid drunk.
Man: that’s it, girl you come here
Latarin: no, steps back (Hayes steps between them)
Hayes: Lady said no, man, I cant let you do this

Hayes ducks and uppercuts the man, pounds his head on the bar and slides him across
Hayes himself is grabbed by another man and pushed into a wall, opunched in the gut, Hayes kicks him and knocks him in the side of the head with a bottle, the whole bar erupts into a fight as people come to Haye’s aid and the 5 drunks.
Bartender is on phone calling dispatch.
(Switch to Carson and Ari)

Beckett: I just hop I’m wrong about this, if not im gonna have to force him to talk to Sonia
News crew : wait LTC is this one of your officers
Ari: shove off pop, need to kno, ( turns to Beckett) look it probably isn’t and were just overreacting.
The door to the bar opens.
Hayes flys over the counter in front of them
Beckett: overacting huh, my Fracking instincts
Beckett: Alliance police officers break it up NOW !!!
(Fight continues )
Hayes : (is being backed into a corner and 3 guys pull knives another a small pistol)

(the fight between Ari, Hayes and the Drunks spills over to Beckett)

Other drunk tackles Beckett they roll over the floor beckett pulls his stunner and fires it point blank.
Beckett: (rolls the drunk off of him) filthy pig
Hayes : im real sorry about this Colonel
Beckett: talk to the captain about it ill deal with you later
News crew: Colonel that was major hayes wasn’t it.
Beckett: let me make this abundantly clear you will film hayes giving his side of the story

Next scene we see he news crew walking through the hallways
News crew, now well see what the officers do on there hours off, its dinner time here at the pfrecinct for those officers who have the night shift.. here is the mess hall( doors open)

As ari is reenacting the colonel being tackled,
Beckett : oh common I was dealing with drunks , he surprised me…

As we here the news we see a sniper taking position, (Sarah C.) the person begins to set up a rifle, takes aim, we see the admiral talking to some people in a room through a window,
News anchor: Admiral taub will be giving hois campaign speech tomarrow morning at the roux le gar hotel in the arch ministries financial district, among his topics, will be his financial aid to the poor districts on this world and several others, the new health care package proposed by the senate recently and of course the outer rims plead for independence mobs from the outer rim have formed at the gates of the district and are protesting Aliance riot squads are on standby to… (a shot rings out)
We here running sound camera pans around … we see an officer running to the door blows past the camera crew,
Beckett is laughing about something
Private Jenkins: sir, sir
Beckett: what is it private
Jenkins: sir the admiral … admiral Taub …
Sonia: what about him private speak plainly
Jenkins: hes been assassinated and mobs have breached the financial districts gates …

The funeral is in session, there is a hologram of the admiral. The funeral director is speaking about duty and honor , and how the admiral gave his life for his duty, the coffin bearers take the coffin to the hole, we hear earie music, Carson looks up, we see a flash from a balcony and the coffin explodes
A ringing sound and 3 speeders explode around the funeral procession ….. CUT end show
