I'm pretty sure of myself that it is a Male White-Crowned Sparrow, but I was hesitating that he might be a White-Throated Sparrow (Zonotrichia albicollis)
because I wasen't able to see his head fully before he flee, but he seems to lack the yellow mark on his forehead and he seems to miss the white spot on his throat too, I could have identified him if he had sing but he didn't
but usually the White-throated one is less common that the Crowned one because he is more northern and live in more dense forest.
FUNNY FACT we call the throated one here the Frédéric because is song sound like an onomatopic *Ou est tu, Fédéric, Fréderic, Frédéric* (meaning Where are you Frédéric)
but the Crowned one just seem to mimic other bird sometime
