This guy sits on Beechmont Ave. in Cincinnati showing off for passing traffic. It is the mascot for Rong Tan's China Bistro. Since the statue sits up on a grassy area off from pedestrian traffic one could be safe to guess accessing it like this is technically trespassing. It looks very old and not anything pre-fab so I can see the owners especially cagey about people getting close. Thankfully the owners have closed the place for remodeling. Except for some roofers, the place is abandoned for now.
