Being an armed vigilante with a secret identity is tough enough as is. One minute you are a police officer trying to rescue a hostage, the next you are suiting up to hunt down the target who hired the gunman before he can get away. One needs to be quick and discrete enough to avoid detection from all parties and get away without a trace, and sometimes the already necessary tools and equipment can only get you so far.

The sneaking suit Kioshi uses, despite its heavy bleeding edge tech and thickness, can be put on within 12 seconds, all thanks to a classic zipper and a chest plate / camelbak combo strapped on after that.
According to Kioshi herself, she believes that a couple seconds can be shaved off with the use of a completely different method of assembly. Her proposal was to use a combination of liquid rubber and nanomachines to assemble the suit over the wearer, as if the suit was alive.
The company didn't want to mess with the original stealth suits as they are already high tech enough as is, so the new suit had to be made from scratch.

Unsurprisingly, she and the others chose Cam, a recent recruit of the sneaking suit program, to be the guinea pig for the new suit. Kioshi will be the one to present the suit to Cam, as she claims that Cam might "enjoy" this new method more - we believe she may be using the suit to toy with him a bit, but that's just me going on a hunch...
