are you really going to count the one you need a shiny fateful encounter entei, raikou, or suicune to encounter? like sure if you have a fateful encounter celebi, you can also run into a boy that's a disguised zorua. but like, both of these are one off single encounters. in b2w2 you can get n's zorua. but you can't go out into the wild and catch zoruas, the way you can in xy, usum, isle of armor, legends: arceus, or sv
