Charlie vs.the devil flea (story in description)

Charlie (unwillingly) enters Itchy's butt, for it’s like a whole new world inside, as Itchy's hair follicles loom over him. (And the only reason it looks a bit bald where Charlie is standing is just for our viewing pleasure; in reality, the fur completely covers everything, making it hard to tell where he is.) But then Charlie finds the flea. At first, Charlie thinks it’s going to be easy to kill, but the flea literally picks Charlie up and tosses him against Itchy's hair follicles, causing Itchy on the outside to become, well…very itchy. He tries to hold himself back from scratching, but unfortunately, the urge was just too much, so he proceeds to move his hand to scratch his butt.
Meanwhile, inside Itchy's butt fur, Charlie is seriously injured. He grinds his teeth at the pain he’s in, and that’s what we see in the image. As the flea is about to go for the killing blow, both are unaware that Itchy's hand (paw) is looming over both of them. Then the claws reach into the skin of Itchy's butt as they slowly move downwards (because everything moves slowly when you're small). The flea is powerful enough to withstand the claw attacks; thus, it’s been in Itchy's fur for so long. But Charlie, on the other hand, gets swept away and thrown out of Itchy's fur and to the ground below, luckily unharmed.
Also, I forgot to mention that Annabelle put a magic spell over Charlie and Itchy so they can communicate with each other. Charlie says, “Itch, I told you not to scratch yourself, but I’m so glad you did because you just saved my life! That flea is powerful.” And Itchy says, while still scratching at his butt, “Well, no problem, Charlie, but this flea is still driving me crazy. Is there anything we can do?”
Suddenly, Annabelle says, “I was afraid of this. The only other way is to travel to hell itself and find my cousin Belladonna. She should be able to get rid of the flea. Just be careful, and by the way, Charles, it may be a while before I can return you to normal size. It took all the magic I had saved up just to shrink you down to that microscopic size.”
Charlie replies, “Oh great, so now we gotta go to hell to meet your demon cousin, and I’m stuck at this microscopic size for a while.”
