A Scaly Inflaty based super hero was definitely needed.
Be careful, her back strapped water tank can hold an entire lake of water, not to mention how much more reserves she carries in her belly

I do like how bottom heavy she's become. I'd personally like to see her uniform a bit more constrictive, seeing that anything 'dryclean only' would shrink on her body :p

I love the idea. I'd be so hypnotized by the sloshing I wouldn't be able to get away before there's another "accident". Sure she wouldn't make a better super villain? ;) Heroes don't tend to go around using their assets for fun.
