this is based on a true story, and a very exciting tuesday before halloween :3
originally i reeeally wanted to line and color this for vaporeon day (tuesday), but i already barely finished the flopper scarf on sunday evening, so i thought it was impossible ouo;
buuut i managed to line it entirely on monday? i didn't wanna rush it, so i spent the rest of the week intermittently coloring. i'm so excited with how it turned out hehe >u<
