sorry if this looks very strange, i had a million ideas for him and i kinda just cobbled all of them together. his origin being an AI roleplay probably didn't make it more coherent but it's whatever, i love him so much
he likes to act all ditzy and airheaded, but is actually decently intelligent. his squeaky hammer can induce a trance-like state on anyone he hits it with. his armor and clothing are also inflatable pieces, but are surprisingly pierce-resistant due to the magic. his armor is removable, but his hat shoes and robe(?) are not. he technically should have armor protecting his stomach but 1 i didn't wanna draw it and 2 he only really has that piece on when he's outside of the factory. he originates from a mysterious company called Alterra.
