I'm...not in a good place. I started a new job in August and I'm being bullied by my manager to the point where other staff are commenting on it and I've had to raise a grievance and it's taking forever, and so many people have quit in the 4 months that I've been here. I'm trying to find something new but there's not much going besides temp work. This is my 9th job in the space of 11 years, and having to look for a 10th job is making me feel like such a failure and I don't get enough interest in my art to make a living off and I'm just so drained by it all, I just want to disappear ;n;
