What if there was a version of Equestria inhabited by Immortal Elves? What if that world was ruled by the Twin Empresses Celestia and Luna? What if... Wind fell through a portal in to that World, was found by Celestia, and was healed by magic, causing her to change into a White Tiger? What if Celestia adopted Ghost as her own, and made her a State Princess?

That's the premise of this version of Wind.
