Seems to me its a female worgen. Version 1.0 to be exact, which looked significantly more noble.

The v2.0 worgen females look more like angry chihuahuas.

Good eye. I -HATE- what they did with female Worgens when Cataclysm went live. Angry chihuahuas is pretty accurate...

Then again there's a lot of things that Blizzard did with Cata that makes me wonder all sorts of things.

I had a male worgen mage on cata, but I dont play wow anymore. BUT, a lot of things in CATACLYSM were absolutely fantastic. The new questing for example. No longer you had to search for the quests all over the map without a clue, but now they are all interconnected, and actually they have an engaging story. Great immersion there. I absolutely loved the "Team Bravo" questline of Redridge Mountains and "Indiana Harrison Jones" questline of Uldum. But I was so much pissed/sad when they let Team Bravo die in the end of the RR Mts. quest-chain :((
