I'm honestly surprised thre isn't more fanart of this version of Sonic.

He obtained this armor when he and Tails were brainwashed by the corrupted Horizon-Tal & Verti-Cal and pitted against each other in a fight to the death (don't worry, no-one died), way, WAY back in issue 59 of the Sonic the Hedgehog Comic Book. (Which was AWESOME!)

Yes, I know the knee pieces look awful, but that's because this is one of my older pictures I drew back in High School (so, back in 2005 or 2006).
