Tis the season I have complex emotions about ^^;
Yes, as the years go on, I think I have sort of developed a love/hate relationship with the holidays. Admittedly, I think there is a little more love than hate, but even with that said, I'm an non-religious adult who works retail and doesn't have a great relationship with my non-immediate family... So yeah, that should speak for itself :|
But, even with all of the woes, there is still a lot I do enjoy about this season, namely mint flavored desserts, pretty lights, special baking shows, and both giving presents to and getting presents from the people I love with every fiber of my being.
But all that aside, have a new icon. A festive, yet exhausted Beetlejuice, who's ready for the return of sweet, sweet Halloween XP (you and me both, my love, you and me both XP). With some Peaches ears on his hat because why not XP.

Most holidays are just....annoying and exhausting when you're an adult. Halloween is probably the only holiday that I still enjoy like I did as a kid! (As long as I still get the chance to dress up. I went as Beetlejuice this past Halloween and my husband was Lydia....XD)

I ABSOLUTELY agree with you. Holidays as an adult can just be such a hassle. But I too still love Halloween as long as I get to dress up and have a little bit of spooky fun ^^ . Love the fact that you and your husband were Beetlejuice and Lydia! I was Beej this year too ha ha!
