I asked since I love mascots. Sadly, the Mascot Hall of Fame building in neighboring Whiting, Indiana closed down. The MHoF isn't defunct, it's just relocating. My buddy the Oriole Bird was inducted in 2020. He let me interview him in 2015. Since then, he's become like a brother to me and I've gotten my own mascot costume. I got to see him again last Sunday.
