The Department of Bookkeeping has had to put up with Kane the Gimmighoul for quite some time now - but not long enough to get used to his unbearable antics.
It's a shame then that he is even better at running numbers and allocating funds than he is at yapping.
Fun fact: There once was a Snorlax running for the position of Chairman who was almost as competent as Kane. He lost only by a single vote!
