on a serious note, how are the claws attached? they're not just sewn on the end of the glove, right? that seems like it'd be flimsy. if not already done this way, I would have them extended back into the fingers of the glove so they extend to the proximal interphalangeal joint (aka the middle joint in the finger) to increase the claw's rigidity. I would not recommend using rings to hold them in place. having your fingers degloved isn't pretty.

We don't disclose our exact techniques, but they are secured in there for safe, comfortable, costume use. Been making these since 2017 and haven't received any complaints yet. There are no chainmail rings involved in our craft.

ah ok. and i meant rings like finger rings, not chainmail rings.
