Yian Garuga has always been a pretty fun monster to me. I've always felt that in Monster Hunter, there's a severe lack in actually threatening bird wyverns, and the entire monster category often is just saddled with monsters that have good designs but are stuck with bad movesets and low tier threat levels.

Very cute. And yeah it's unfortunate that Bird Wyverns don't have much going for them. Hell, the closest they got to having an endgame presence in a mainline game was Garuga being placed deep into Iceborne and getting used in some mixed sets (before the power creep from updates).
