This unique staff with an unorthodox shape may seem strange but is as powerful as any other. The orb on the staff is able to create a field of freezing mist that slows any opponent except for ice types which are empowered instead, and it is able to create massive icicles that rain down onto the battlefield as either blockades or barriers. The pamp spear end of the staff is of course able to turn anyone into a plump poofy pamp for the user to wear with enough hits have landed
