I do not totally understand but it was within my capabilities to draw. I was also asked to treat it as four separate compositions, hence the file size is much larger than usual and the detail level is unusual for an erratically-colored comic strip from me

Everyone's had roommates like that! Well not like HIM exactly but ya I think everyone can relate.
And this is why I LOVE your work. An INSANE amount of detail that DOESN'T look cluttered and a truly next lvl use of color.
Also I'm not sure if the pinecone is hiding or napping but it's sure trying to stay out of that guys way for the time being! :D

thank you! This took a while. It did look cluttered at one point so I enlarged the space and spread some elements out further. The instigator requested "rainbow" coloring but I still tried to keep it under control so that the characters would be identifiable. I may need to separate rainbow into separate categories so someone can choose this or worse than this.
I added the contents of the shelf quite late and it looked like it could use an extra pine cone even though I had already placed one in the refrigerator. That one seemed like it could easily be overlooked, like the contents of similar compartments of my own home's refrigerator.
