Marina Tang, better known as the Duchess, was born in Singapore. She was known for her tendency to use her beauty to manipulate men and bend them to her will. She later on left Singapore and became an associate of Team Red, and is heavily implied to be in a relationship with Shadowsan. She continues to use her manipulation tactics on men, especially villains, and has the reputation of being a tease.
